Starting after Mardi Gras, we’re rolling something special for our youth athletes at The Training Room.

And this time — it’s not a pop-up, not a trial run. It’s here to stay.

“I’m not much of a fitness person but I know it’s important for my health. I have always enjoyed class based fitness because I never know what to do on my own. I cant recommend this place enough, the classes are perfect for any level). What makes this place great though is the people, the coaches are encouraging and supportive but they motivate you to challenge yourself. The other members are awesome too, lots of cool cats to sweat with!”

It's nice having the professional staff at The Training Room NOLA in your corner guiding you to slowly get back to your everyday routines. Put in the time, work, wipe those tears, and they will help you get there.

They listen to what your biggest pain points, short/long- term goals are and work with you to help you get there. They are very friendly and knowledgeable using various techniques and massages to get your body recovering faster. They are always open to try to work around your schedule with their coverage of availability before or after school/work.

I have no regrets using them and would recommend them if you need help rehabbing a knee or any body part after a sport or any kind of injury."

We get it, what we do in here is hard.

And that's what scares most people.

When we ask people what has held them back from coming in, it's almost always a fear of the unknown. Or a fear of looking like the newbie.

But what they also say is that once they walked through the door, we put those fears to rest.
