Allow us to re-introduce one of our coaches. Not only does he coach our Group Fitness Classes, but he's gearing up and ready to coach our youth athletes in The Athlete Academy.

Meet Coach Tommy!

Tommy has been coaching for over 10 years now. And while maybe he initially began coaching because of the perks of a free membership, he fell in love with helping people move better. Finding something incredibly rewarding about breaking down movements, seeing people make progress, and helping them realize that fitness isn’t just about working out—it’s about having fun. His goal is always to make fitness as enjoyable for others as it is for him.

When asked about any memorable coaching moments, he said:
"There are too many to pick just one. Honestly, every day as a coach brings something new—whether it’s a hilarious moment, an unexpected challenge, or a breakthrough for someone in class. But if I had to choose, one of my favorite memories would be Motown Mondays. Coach Sarah and I used to work out together religiously, and every Monday, we called it Motown Mondays. It was always a blast. We’d stop mid-workout to dance, have fun, and just enjoy the moment. It was never just about the workout; it was about the energy, the community, and making fitness something we actually looked forward to."

To achieve any goal, you have to be consistent.

But you also need something else; aggressive patience.

We know these things are true:
- You CAN do it.
- It will take time.
- You need to be patient.
- You are going to get frustrated.
- You won’t get there if you just wait for things to happen.

You can’t expect to accomplish any goal if you don’t put in the necessary work to make it happen.
