One of the biggest gaps in fertility education is the difference between predicting ovulation and confirming it.

A regular period doesn’t automatically tell you how ovulation went, or whether the second half of the cycle is being well supported.

Understanding this distinction can change how you relate to your cycle entirely.

A late period doesn’t automatically mean something is wrong.

The cycle is extremely sensitive to stress, illness, travel, sleep changes, and life demands, and sometimes the body simply delays ovulation to protect you.

If this happens once in a while: often normal.
If it happens regularly: it can be helpful to track patterns and zoom out across cycles.
