Louisiana pharmacies are now requiring prescriptions for covid vaccinations. Dr. Rose will write a prescription for anyone who wants one - we have a standard form at the front desk or it can be sent electronically. Just call the office and let us know where to send it. For electronic prescription, we need to know what brand to specify (Moderna, Pfizer or Novavax). We are currently seeing a lot of covid infections, however deaths continue to be very low.
