Our professional staff of nearly 80 healthcare professionals strives on a daily basis to provide the highest service levels possible, treating our residents with dignity and respect. Colonial Oaks nursing’s team of physicians, dietary staff, rehabilitation staff, combined with the work of Colonial Oaks’ nursing team, admissions, and activities departments, are committed to providing quality services through caring and dedication. Colonial Oaks’ Living Center’s design creates an environment where residents can feel at home. Our 110- bed facility is licensed by the State of Louisiana to provide short-term, long-term and skilled nursing care.
