AlphaCare serves all ages, advocating, assessing, community resource linkages and much more. AlphaCare has a strengths-based philosophy of service delivery which affirms a client’s right to a good quality of life. We promote the dignity of each family and respect their right to privacy, confidentiality, and independence with compassionate, caring, first-level case management services done in a spirit of excellence. AlphaCare Support Coordination, LLC is a case management entity designed to make a difference in the lives of the elderly, persons with disabilities, and those with special needs in a holistic way. We endeavor to help clients reach their full potential and fulfill dreams by providing caring, supportive case management services and being an active partner in Louisiana’s comprehensive system of support to individuals whom we serve. AlphaCare strives diligently to link individuals to supports and services while assisting individuals to access employment opportunities, volunteer experiences, roommates, transportation, family/ individual counseling,equipment, community inclusion, marriage, relationship building, etc. We aspire to assure clients of basic safety, coordinated health concerns, receipt of all entitlements, development of hobbies, interest and talents, self- advocacy and other areas that maximizes a person's quality of life. The staff of AlphaCare beleive that each participant's quality of life will be enhanced by maximizing their level of independence and minimizing the potential illness and disability outcomes. Our staff is specially trained and educated so that they can offer the best of support coordination services to our clients based upon their ability to gain personal control over their lives and the lives of members of their support system.
