En vista de la presente situación creada por el COVID 19 en New Orleans, estamos haciendo los siguientes cambios:

Nuestra clínica estará abierta de 9 de la mañana a 12 del medio día sólo con cita previa.

Llamadas después de las horas de atención serán dirigidas a la Dra. Ananth o al Dr. Gastañaduy.

Podremos cambiar este horario de acuerdo a las necesidades de los pacientes, de nuestro personal o a las directivas del gobierno local.

A pesar de la situación, es muy importante que todos los niños sean adecuadamente vacunados. Nosotros continuaremos haciendo las visitas de niño sano y vacunas durante las horas de atención.

Estamos tratando de dar el mejor servicio posible, dadas las circunstancias. Agradeceremos que trabajen con nosotros durante este tiempo difícil.

To all our patients and families:
In view of current COVID 19 situation in New Orleans, we are making the following changes :
Our clinic will be open from 9 am to Noon by appointments only.
After hours calls will be directed to Dr. Ananth or Dr. Gastañaduy.
We may change these times based on patient needs, medical staff needs and local government guidelines.
Despite these changes, it is especially important that all children are adequately immunized. We will continue to do well /immunizations visits during the clinic hours.
Again, we are trying to provide the best service we can, given the current circumstances. Please work with us during this trying time.

IN VIEW OF THE EVOLVING HEALTH SITUATION

• THE FOLLOWING POLICIES ARE BEING FOLLOWED FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD AND ALL OUR PATIENTS AND FAMILIES. WE GREATLY APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION WITH US.

• ALL PATIENTS WILL BE ASKED WHAT THE PATIENT NEEDS TO BE SEEN FOR: SICKNESS OR WELL EXAM/ IMMUNIZATIONS.

• ALL PATIENTS WILL BE TRIAGED AND PLACED IN APPROPRIATE ROOMS. THIS IS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE DOCTORS AND MEDICAL STAFF IN THE CLINIC, WHO ARE WORKING AS A TEAM.

• WE WILL ASK HISTORY REGARDING TRAVEL AND SICK CONTACT.

• ONLY THE PATIENT AND ONE PARENT WILL COME TO THE CLINIC. OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS MAY WAIT IN THE CAR.

• PLEASE BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENTS SO THAT WE CAN MINIMIZE EXPOSURE.

• WE ARE A SMALL CLINIC TRYING TO DELIVER THE BEST CARE. WE DO NOT HAVE SUPPLIES THAT WE CAN SHARE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
