Please ensure that both you and your children are up to date on immunizations. Here are the CDC's recommended vaccination schedules for children from birth to 6 years of age and 7 to 18 years of age as well as details about each vaccine. For adults, the CDC recommends that all adults have COVID and Flu shots annually and a Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria, and Whooping Cough) vaccine every 10 years. The CDC recommends additional vaccines for adults based on age and lifestyle. Visit the CDC's website or talk to your primary care doctor for more information.
