This kind lady has received two Tepezza infusions at our very own in-office infusion suite! She is the very first patient to undergo Tepezza infusions at our office. She has thyroid eye disease with all the typical features: exophthalmos, eyelid retraction, significant eyelid puffiness, etc. She’s made significant improvement after just two infusions. At Town & Country, we don’t trust just anyone to infuse our patients; we infuse them ourselves!

This young man presented with bilateral exophthalmos, bilateral eyelid retraction, diplopia, and significant ocular surface irritation. I got him on Tepezza. These two patients came to me for an eyelid evaluation. The gentleman presented with vitiligo and was specifically concerned about his lower lid bags, while the lady was concerned about her tired appearance and baggy lower eyelids.
