Meet Trevor Levens, LMT, NMT, proudly practicing massage therapy since 1995.

Trevor specializes in sports injury maintenance, chronic neck and low back pain, paraspinal release, postural realignment, and pregnancy massage. Utilizing medical massage, neuromuscular therapies, myofascial release, and sports massage techniques to deliver focused, therapeutic results.

Fun fact you may not known about Trevor: As a true New Orleans native, Trevor is a collector of Mardi Gras memorabilia!! His most prized possession is a heavy-gauge Zulu doubloon necklace that belonged to his grandfather circa 1970 💜💚💛

Happy Thanksgiving, to all! From today through December 24th, I will be offering gift certificates for a one hour session with me, at a reduced rate of $50 (normally $70). I hope to see and hear from you all soon!

I hope you all did okay with the storm. While my home still does not have power, the office does. I'll be letting everyone know when I will be reopening within the next week. Most traffic signals are still out, and I want your commute to be as safe as possible. I'm hoping this will only be two or three days. Take care, and be safe. We're getting there.

I just realized that it's been a minute since I posted here. Hope all of you are well.

Due to a concerning surge of the Delta variant here, I'm formally re-instituting the mask mandate for massages in my office for the vaccinated, as well as the unvaccinated that I have never lifted the mandate for.

I know we came a long way, but three weeks has unfortunately erased six months of progress, and our healthcare institutions are starting to be strained with an influx of new hospitalizations.

This will more than likely be state mandated by week's end, but I started this a couple of weeks ago with my regular clientele, with no push back. For that, I'm grateful to all of you.

Let's hope that everyone that is physically able to get the vaccine does so soon. At the moment, we're heading down a dark path. Let's shine our lights, and pull together, to get this behind us.
