Wheatgrass. Spirulina. Chlorella. Dark leafy vegetables......

They are more than anti oxidants that protect cells from damage.
Living greens are dense sources of metabolic helpers that help power the processes that make cellular energy possible in the first place.

These foods deliver mitochondrial cofactors .
Your mitochondria generate energy by converting nutrients into ATP. These pathways depend on cofactors: magnesium, trace minerals, chlorophyll-associated compounds, and enzyme systems that keep metabolism moving.

When you eat greens daily, you’re not just adding nutrients to your diet, you’re supporting the biochemical infrastructure that fuels your cells.

Greens aren’t just a "healthy side dish"

They’re cellular infrastructure. ⚡
Eat them like your mitochondria depend on it.

Because they do. 🌿

Look closer at our historic church architecture....

The arches, vaulted ceilings, and curved walls aren’t just beautiful.....they’re intentional. For centuries, churches were designed with precise geometry that allows sound to travel, reflect, and resonate throughout the space.
Architects and acoustics researchers know that domes, stone walls, and high vaults naturally amplify and sustain sound waves, which is why voices, choirs, and chants can fill the entire sanctuary without modern speakers.

Sound moves through space as vibration—and the human body responds to vibration as well. Research in acoustics and neuroscience shows that certain sound frequencies and rhythmic tones can influence breathing, heart rate, and the nervous system.

Long before modern science explained it, sacred spaces were often built to create harmony through structure, geometry, and resonance.

Sometimes the design of a space isn’t just meant to be seen.....

It’s meant to be felt. ✨

"Procaine is the surgeon’s bloodless knife.”
— Dr. René Leriche

Procaine was first developed in 1905. By 1906, physicians noticed something interesting: when procaine was injected into wounds, healing appeared to improve beyond the numbing effect of the anesthetic itself.
Patients sometimes experienced pain relief in areas far from the injection site....even in places that seemed unrelated. These effects lasted longer than the normal duration of anesthesia, a phenomenon that was described as a “lightning reaction.”
By the 1940s, doctors documented cases where injections into scar tissue appeared to influence distant symptoms. In one report, a patient received a procaine injection into a scar on the lower leg, and their opposite-side frozen shoulder reportedly resolved.
Today, procaine is used in Neural Therapy, a practice that aims to support the body’s autonomic nervous system—the system that balances “fight or flight” with “rest and digest.” By restoring this balance, practitioners believe it may help improve circulation, oxygen delivery, and cellular communication.

Some patients report benefits such as:
• Pain relief
• Improved sleep and mood
• Better stress regulation
• Digestive support
• Faster recovery from illness or injury

Interestingly, procaine has also been discussed in anti-aging research. In the 1980s, however, the U.S. FDA banned the product Gerovital (GH3)...A procaine-based formulation...from being sold in the U.S. after it was marketed as a cure for many conditions without sufficient scientific evidence.

The conversation around procaine continues today.

What do you think is the truth?

Being part of today’s Women’s Leader Conference reminded me of something powerful: leadership isn’t about fitting into a mold it’s about defining your own.

I opened by sharing how proud and fortunate I feel to practice medicine in a time where people are finally ready to listen… ready to take ownership of their health and begin the work of truly healing themselves, instead of giving their power away.

We can’t wait for medicine to catch up.
You are your best doctor.

Take charge of your health.
Take charge of yourself.
It may be one of the most valuable things you ever do.

At one point during the conference, I apologized to one of the moderators because I felt like I had gone off on a tangent.

She stopped me and said,
“No… that’s called sovereignty.”

That moment stuck with me.

I realized I might just be getting a little more comfortable stepping out of my shell and recognizing that staying small may have been one of the things holding me back.

Every woman in that room carried influence, vision, and the ability to move mountains in her own way. Leadership isn’t something anyone hands to you. It’s something you decide to step into.

As Val Grubb said:
“You get to choose the leader you want to be.”

Choose courage.
Choose authenticity.
Choose to take up space and lead with purpose.

Because when women lead boldly…
we don’t just change our own lives.

We change the rooms we walk into, reshape the world around us, and clear the path for those who come after us.

Thank you for letting me be a part of this day!

Peptides vs. Bioregulators .... what’s the difference?

Both support healing and optimization, but they work in different ways.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids, typically made up of 5 to 40 amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of proteins, so peptides are essentially very small pieces of protein that signal the body to perform certain functions like recovery, metabolism, or tissue repair.

Bioregulators are made up of just 2 to 4 amino acids arranged in a specific sequence. They are even smaller than peptides and organ specific.

Think of it this way:
Peptides send signals that tell the body what to do.
Bioregulators help restore the body’s natural instructions so cells function properly.

Both approaches can play an important role in supporting longevity, recovery, and optimal wellness.

Did you know environmental toxicants may be silently affecting your bone health?

From heavy metals to everyday chemical exposures, these toxins can disrupt the body’s natural balance .... interfering with nutrient absorption, hormone signaling, and the normal processes that keep bones strong.

Over time, this can contribute to inflammation, mineral imbalances, and weakened bone structure.

At The Remedy Room, we look beyond symptoms to understand the deeper factors that may be impacting long-term health. Supporting detoxification pathways, optimizing nutrients, and addressing root causes can be key pieces of the puzzle.

Your environment plays a bigger role in your health than many people realize.

03/12/2026

Every day, toxins and stress build up:
• Air & water pollutants 🌬️💧 trigger chronic low-level inflammation
• Processed foods & chemicals 🥤🧴 overload cells and liver detox pathways
• Stress & nervous system overload ⚡ slows repair and fuels inflammation
• Metabolic waste 🧬 can get trapped if lymph & fascia are congested

The result? Fatigue, brain fog, and sluggish recovery.

eBOO therapy supports the body’s natural flow, helping the nervous system and cells function more efficiently. When those pathways clear, energy, mental clarity, and overall resilience naturally rise .... just like Alma is experiencing. 🔋🧠🌿
