Therapeutic massage aides in injury prevention, increased range of motion, decrease in fascial binding. It, also, helps to speed recovery after an intense exercise session by encouraging fluid exchange in the tissue. At Massage Therapy Works, range of motion testing, intellect, and experience are used to tailor each session to the specific needs of the client.
