These types of cases are some of my favorite...Why? ⁣

Well, for one, there is little room for error because the patient already looks fantastic in the before picture and I love challenges. This patient had breast implants done several years before by another surgeon and was never really happy. She developed some bottoming out of both implants and when she laid down they fell towards her armpits.⁣
⁣
After having children, she did not like the bulging of her lower abdomen. She came to me because she still wanted to be able to wear bikinis and look as natural as possible. I performed a breast implant revision to correct her bottoming out and lateralization of her implants in addition to performing a tummy tuck and liposuction which was customized for her to keep her scar well hidden in a bikini and to keep her belly button and abdomen looking natural and fit. ⁣
⁣
The days of just removing skin and creating tight but fake abdomens are over. Maintaining the natural abdominal character with “hills and valleys” is the goal and this is what you should ask for.
⁣
Not all plastic surgery is created equal. The plan is everything in plastic surgery and you and your surgeon must have the right plan heading into surgery to accomplish your goals.

When the nose is out of proportion, it can affect the overall facial harmony and balance of the face.⁣

Adjusting aspects of the nose even subtlely through rhinoplasty surgery is a way to create a more refined facial appearance.⁣
⁣
Nothing is wrong with the before picture at all but we were able to accomplish her goals to feel more confident by naturally refining her tip and dorsum of the nose. ⁣
⁣
The goal is to give her a nose that looks like she was born with it.

Ok so for those that think plastic surgery is just about being vain etc I hope this helps you look at the specialty perhaps in a different light. ⁣
