🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet one of our Regional Relationship Managers, Pam! 🌟

Based in Belgium, WI, Pam has been part of the PFP family for 9 years, bringing 16 years of funeral industry experience and a warm, compassionate approach to the work she does. She says one of her favorite parts of being on the team is the way everyone at PFP shares their knowledge and supports one another. 💙

Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and granddaughter. She also loves golfing, traveling, motorcycle rides, and visiting new places—she even hopes to see every state in the U.S. someday. 🤗 A perfect day for Pam means being with her family.

Her go-to comfort meal? Pizza—especially from Tomaso's in Cedarburg, a favorite she's been enjoying since she was 15. She's a Nicholas Sparks fan, a Hallmark movie watcher, and loves a good rom-com. And here's a fun fact: Pam is a serious card player…and she never lets anyone win. If you beat her, you earned it! ♠️

For 22 years, Julie has been a dedicated and hardworking part of PFP—bringing experience, passion, and a true love for every aspect of her role. With 26 years in the funeral profession, she continues to help funeral homes grow, support their goals, and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Based in Carriere, MS, Julie is known for being funny, honest, and incredibly hardworking. In her free time, you can often find her traveling, enjoying time on the water, or embracing her adventurous side—which also shows through her favorite shows like "The Tudors", "The Reign", and "The Lord of the Rings".

A fan of 80s pop and rock (with some 50s classics and country mixed in), Julie brings energy and positivity wherever she goes. Her perfect day is one where her colleagues, clients, and everyone around her are making progress together and having a wonderful, issue-free day.

We're so grateful for Julie's dedication, kindness, and the strong leadership she brings to the PFP team every single day. 💙

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Tiffany! 🌟

For 17 years, Tiffany has been a dedicated and passionate part of PFP—bringing energy, kindness, and expertise to everything she does. With 18 years in the funeral profession, she says one of the best parts of her job is the people and considers herself lucky to have worked with the best, both coworkers and customers.

When she’s off the clock, Tiffany loves spending time with her two adorable dogs, Vegas: a 9-year-old Pomeranian, and Elvis: a 7-year-old Yorkshire Terrier🐾, traveling to new places (especially Fort Lauderdale!), and enjoying great food—like her dad’s famous cheesy hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy. As a true morning person, Tiffany's perfect day starts with coffee, her pups, and a little sunshine.

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet our Director of Raise Your Hand Marketing, Stacie! 🌟

Based in Kenner, LA, Stacie has been part of the PFP family for 6 years, bringing her warm personality and supportive spirit to everything she does. Before joining PFP, she spent nearly a decade working for a beloved local New Orleans retail shop, Perlis. 💙

Stacie loves that PFP feels like family—and it’s easy to see why she fits right in! When she’s not working, you can find her spending time with her two daughters, teaching dance classes, volunteering at her church, or catching up with friends. A perfect day for Stacie? A relaxing spa day, of course! 💆‍♀️

She loves Italian and Mexican food, enjoys all kinds of music (from classical to hard rock), and says one of her favorite concerts was the Jonas Brothers—because she had just as much fun as her kids! A fun fact about Stacie: she’s certified in New Paradigm MDT, a healing modality similar to Reiki. ✨

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet our Director of Marketing Processing Center, Cristy! 🌟

Based in Metairie, LA, Cristy has been part of the PFP family for 10 years, bringing her background in banking to the funeral profession. Loyal, fun, and loving, she says the very best part of her job is the people she gets to work with every day. 💙

Outside of work, Cristy is happiest with her husband, two boys, and her dog, or with her toes in the sand and a drink in hand on the beach. A perfect day might also include getting lost in a good book—she’s a big reader and just finished The Five Families about the NYC mafia.

Cristy loves seafood, staying active, and listening to Garth Brooks, but here’s a fun fact you may not know: she found out she was pregnant for the first time after being hit by a streetcar—26 years later, the debate is still out on who was in the wrong! 🚋

For 15 years, Troy has been a trusted and dedicated part of PFP—but his experience in the funeral profession goes back an incredible 52 years. He loves connecting with funeral home owners, helping them grow their businesses, and ensuring their futures are protected through pre-need planning.

When he’s not working, Troy enjoys riding trails in his 4x4 Polaris, spending time with his family (and his Chihuahua, Bella Too 🐾), and relaxing in the Great Smoky Mountains. Known for being honest, faithful, and trustworthy, Troy is generous to a fault—and we’re grateful to have his wisdom and heart on our team. 💙

Have you met our Director of Licensing and Compensation, Tammy?

Tammy is based in Metairie, LA, and has been part of the PFP family since 2004. Before joining us, she spent 21 years with Coca-Cola—but we’re so glad she brought her talents here to the funeral profession!

Tammy is known for her outgoing, loyal, and fun spirit. She loves spending time with her family, especially her two children, Jeff and Brittny, and her four grandchildren: Carter, Bennett, Connor, and baby Lyla. 💙

When she’s not with family, you can find Tammy at Pilates, reading a thriller or fantasy novel (she’s currently into the Zodiac Academy series), or rocking out to classic and heavy rock.

Fun fact: she’s a huge shoe lover—with more than 70 pairs in her collection! 👠

Tammy says her favorite part of working at PFP is the people—because when you love your team, “it doesn’t feel like a job most of the time.”
