This blend has always been one of my favorites🛶🏞️ As always, I only use one drop of spearmint, as I feel any more than that is overpowering. Breathe!

What a perfect day for a nice, relaxing soak in the tub☔️🛀

Add a couple cups of Epsom salts into your warm water and soak for at least 15 minutes, then rinse off well afterwards🍚. Magnesium-rich Epsom salts relax tired & sore muscles and loosen stiff joints, amongst other health benefits🙌🏻 Bonus: add a few drops of peppermint and lavender oils to your bath💦
