She is my reminder that rare doesn’t mean hopeless. It means strong. It means resilient. It means miraculous.

We had a wonderful WIC appointment today. Layla is growing and thriving wonderfully! 💚💚💚

We absolutely love the snow! ❄️🦮🐾💕

After Layla got over the flu, she ended up having a swollen lymph node behind her ear. It was pretty big and painful for her. They put her on antibiotics and thankfully it has gone away.

EBV is still a concern for us. So I’m so very grateful that the doctor stated that she does not believe this is related to the EBV.

Layla’s LFT’s are elevated. Concerns about rejection. We will be going in for a biopsy next week.

What’s insane is that she looks so good!

Hopefully we can figure out what the issue is and get us back on track 💚
