During my search for child care and preschools for my own children, I could not find a place that met all of my expectations. I used this opportunity to take matters into my own hands and founded Kind Kids Early Education & Care, an in-home preschool (2.9 - 5yrs) with extended hours to help accommodate family schedules. My vision is to create a community where children are excited to learn and families are part of the experience. At Kind Kids, children will learn through prepared environments, interactions with nature, movement, sensory play, and many developmentally appropriate activities. I firmly believe each child learns in unique ways and their personal interests are a main motive. Our Montessori inspired classroom creates an enriched learning environment that allows each individual child to succeed to their highest potential. We have a large indoor and outdoor play area equipped with many opportunities for purposeful play. We even have a garden where children can take part in caring for and picking crops. The preschool age is a time of finding independence, navigating big emotions, and creating friendships. I look forward to helping each child acquire the necessary tools to not only succeed educationally but socially and emotionally as well. Forming a personal bond with each family will be a priority and parents/guardians will always be encouraged to play an active role in their child’s learning journey. I will provide monthly newsletters sharing our upcoming themes, activities, and community events. There will also be daily updates for each child to help keep parents/guardians informed.
