Our plans for visiting our grandson had to change due to this weather that’s hitting so hard in places that never get snow ❄️. I keep repeating this is a lesson in patience and Mother Nature really doesn’t care what you have planned- be ready to have your plans change for safety reasons. I took Diane’s advice -“ build a fire 🔥 and relax”! Thank you Diane -that was just what the doctor needed to hear😜!

We love watching a good movie 🎥 or series. Any suggestions ? We watched the first part of the Mel Brooks Documentary on HBO Max. Loved it !

There was something so spectacular about the brilliant bluebird sky contrasted with the white snow and trees that took my breath away. And the photo was taken of our backyard. It reminded me how life is full of contrasts. It was meant to have ups and downs otherwise it would be a flat line which we know is not a sign of life! What we can control is our attitude throughout the ups and downs. So easy to have a good attitude when everything seems to be going well. It’s when you hit the bumps that you may need to dig deep to keep a grateful attitude. Asking for help is a great start. 🙏🏻♥️☀️❄️

As we start off the New Year, this is a reminder to set your health goals and then commit to yourself to do the work.
There will ALWAYS be a million reasons NOT take care of you however your body is not interested in those reasons.
Just do it. You will never regret a workout, an adjustment, a nap, meditation, even if you can only have 10 mins. Start some where and consistently show up for YOU!
