Dr. Deborah Fudge I have been in practice for 38 years in Methuen, MA and l love what I do! I optimize health from the inside out, naturally and drug-free.

Like many Doctors of Chirorpractic, I became interested in chiropractic because it made a significant impact on the health of a family member. In this case, it was my mom. When I was in high school, my mom was in a serious car accident. She developed low back pain and eventually sciatica ( pain down her leg). She went the traditional medical route and was basically just given pain meds and told to rest. After 4 long years of pain and suffering she finally went to a chiropractor as a last resort. Her results were so dramatic I was inspired to become a chiropractor. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1986 and have been in private practice in Methuen, Ma for 30 years. I am an active member of the Massachusetts Chiropractic Society and currently the president of the Merrimack Valey Chiropractic Society. I am provider for almost all insurance companies. I recently became a provider for Minuteman Health. accept auto insurance as well as worker’s compensation. I have excellent cash plans making your care affordable even without insurance.

Some of you will remember the Blizzard 🥶❄️of ‘78. This is the house 🏠 I grew up in in Topsfield, MA. We got at least 3 feet of snow on top of about 2 feet of old snow. We were out of school for over a week. 3 teenagers, 1 eight year old who was a dream, but back to the 3 teenagers ….😜🤪! I’m shocked that I don’t remember my Mom losing her mind but I’m sure she did. The saving grace was we stayed outside as long as possible making forts, building snowmen, walking in the street to wherever we wanted because no one was on the roads and sidewalks weren’t plowed.
A little walk down memory lane and I found this pic as I’ve been tackling the project of thinning out blurry, too far away, duplicate pics while we have been sidelined meeting grandbabies !
