Hello Friends and Family,

Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation is collecting nonperishable food items to create Thanksgiving Dinner (Blessing) boxes for a few of our staff, in need, and to help replenish the community food banks. Below is a list of items we will be collecting. We will have a collection box in the lobby by the receptionist desk. Whatever we do not use will be passed to the community food bank.
