If you’ve never had a professional massage before, it’s completely normal to feel unsure or even a little nervous. Let me walk you through what your first session will be like, so you can arrive relaxed and confident.

✨ Before your massage
   •   We’ll chat briefly about your health history, pain areas, and goals
   •   You can ask questions and share any concerns
   •   We’ll decide together what type of pressure you’re comfortable with

✨ During your massage
   •   You’ll undress to your comfort level (many clients leave underwear on, totally up to you)
   •   You’ll be fully draped with sheets at all times for privacy
   •   Only the area being worked on is uncovered
   •   You can always speak up if pressure, temperature, or music needs adjusting

✨ Your comfort comes first
   •   This is a judgment-free, safe, and professional space
   •   You’re never expected to talk, unless you want to
   •   Relaxation, pain relief, and nervous-system calm are the goal

✨ After your session
   •   You may feel deeply relaxed or a little sore — both are normal
   •   Drinking water is encouraged
   •   Many first-timers say, “I wish I had done this sooner!”
