“Can I come to acupuncture sick?”

Short answer: yes — as long as you’re well enough to leave the house.
Wearing a mask is appreciated and helps keep our community healthy.

Before COVID, coming in with a mild cold, feeling run-down, or starting to get sick was completely normal — and many people found acupuncture supportive during those times. It might feel unfamiliar now, but it’s absolutely okay to get back to that.

Of course, if you’re truly bedridden or too unwell to get here, then it’s best to rest at home.
If that happens, just give 24 hours’ notice so we can adjust your appointment.
