Family Solutions has a new home in Metuchen! After a wonderful 9 years in South Plainfield, I can’t wait to serve the people of Metuchen and the surrounding communities.

Family Solutions continues to offer Child Centered Play Therapy for the kiddos and traditional therapy for teens through adulthood.

In addition, a NEW parenting group will begin shortly using the core elements of Child Parent Relationship Therapy.

So much to look forward to in year 10! As always, thank you for trusting me to walk with you through your journey of healing!

I enjoy working closely with people and I am honored when they share their lives with me. I've spent my entire career walking with people through difficult times, mental illness and the challenges associated with parenting today's youth.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist specializing in working with children and families, including treatment across the lifespan. My career began in 2002 providing family counseling in a community agency and I have since worked in an outpatient clinic, provided intensive in-home therapy and in a college counseling center.
