To my incredible Board Members:
Today isn’t just about flowers and candy, it’s about love. And the kind of love you each pour into our mission is the kind that truly changes lives.
Thank you for loving this community enough to serve.
Thank you for loving people enough to show up.
Thank you for loving the vision enough to help carry it when it feels heavy.
You are the steady hands, the compassionate hearts, and the wise voices behind everything we do. Because of you, people don’t have to sit alone in the dark.
I am so grateful to lead alongside each of you. Our work is built on love and I’m thankful every single day for yours.
Happy Valentine’s Day to the heartbeat of this organization.
With appreciation and love,
Lana 🖤💡🖤

People think healing is soft, but healing is violent. Because nothing is scarier than waking up one day and realizing your whole personality was just a trauma response. That your calm was actually suppression. Your independence was built on not being able to rely on anyone. Your perfectionism was just fear in disguise.
Healing means grieving the version of you who did what you had to do just to feel safe. And letting that go is the hardest part..

😞 This is why we are here.

To sit with people in their darkest moments.
To remind them they are not alone.
To speak hope when their own voice feels tired.

We are here to listen, to love, and to walk beside those who feel overwhelmed by pain they don’t know how to carry anymore.
We are here to help break the silence, reduce the stigma, and reach people before they believe the world would be better without them.

If you’re struggling, please know this: your life matters.
If you’re standing strong today, thank you for being part of a community that chooses compassion, presence, and prevention.

Sometimes saving a life doesn’t look loud.
Sometimes it looks like simply staying.
And that is exactly why we are here.
