Ashley Scruggs has built an impressive career at Creative Solutions since joining the company in 2012. She began as a dedicated CNA, later transitioning into housekeeping before rising to the role of Housekeeping and Laundry Manager. Over the years, Ashley has become known for her strong leadership, high standards, and unwavering commitment to resident care and facility excellence. Her ability to motivate her team and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment is reflected in the pride captured in photos of Ashley alongside her staff and throughout the facility.
Ashley’s achievements over the past few years highlight her consistency and dedication. In 2023, she ranked 2nd in her area and 19th company-wide with a score of 92. Her momentum continued in 2024, earning 1st place in the East Division with an outstanding score of 95. Most recently, in November 2025, Ashley reached new heights—achieving a 96, placing 1st in Area 8, tied for 7th in the East Division, and tied for 19th out of 174 facilities company-wide. Ashley’s ongoing commitment to excellence makes her an invaluable leader and a true asset to Creative Solutions
