Our retreat Sé Tan Tú in Colombia was magical! A journey back to self love - through breathwork, emotional intelligence, sacred ceremonies, movement and the stunning beauty of Tayrona Park and the Sierra Nevada.

We opened our hearts, released what no longer serves us, and remembered the power of authenticity and true connection.

We moved beyond fear, and remembered what is possible!

So much gratitude for every soul who trusted, showed up, and said yes 💛

Creating experiences together is truly beautiful, I am very grateful for the fusion of my breathwork session with ‘s I am love meditation at ! 💕

Creating spaces for a group of people to come together to breathe, feel and relax is so important in the fast pace of life. Thank you everyone for being there 🙏

Reconnect to your body - let it move with the breath.

Exhale with a sigh or tone to feel a beautiful ease after the exhale.

You know the smoke and smell when joining my breathwork sessions. That’s Copal and in Guatemala I got to see the trees and harvesting process. 💛 There they call it „Pom“ or Copal Pom.

The trees grow on their land, and the family harvests with respect, prayer and asking permission. They harvest from the mature trees over several days.

Once the sap hardens, it becomes the sacred incense used for purification, protection, and intentional space-holding in ancestral rituals, ceremonies, and healing practices.

When placed on a charcoal, a heavenly smoke rises - slightly sweet, pine-like and citrusy - opening the senses, clearing the space, connecting to higher realms and guiding the mind into stillness, focus, and reverence.

Making chocolate in Guatemala 💛 We got to make our own chocolate with this local family. They harvest the cacao beans 🫘 on their land and showed us the entire process!

I am grateful for this experience and it tastes sooooooo delicious.
