Taking care of our bodies is essential to our well-being. I'm grateful for this opportunity to prioritize my health and healing.

Starting my day with meditation on the beach and nourishing my body with healthy food. There's something truly magical about connecting with nature and caring for ourselves.

It's a reminder to slow down, breath deeply, and be present at the moment.

If you want to achieve healing, you need to be willing to let go of the things that are making you sick.

It's not always easy, but it's necessary for your well-being. Whether it's toxic relationships, negative thought patterns, or unhealthy habits, identifying and eliminating these factors can help you on your journey to recovery.

Remember, taking care of yourself is not selfish; it's necessary!

A plant-based diet can provide all the nutrients needed for a healthy lifestyle.

Eating a variety of whole plant foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, and grains, can provide essential vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients.
Additionally, plant-based diets are low in saturated fat and cholesterol and high in fiber, which can help reduce the risk of certain chronic diseases and cancer.

Given one more opportunity in life, I would hold onto each moment of it. Take a gander at it and truly see it. Live it, Exhaust it. Never give that second back until it was essentially gone.

Good morning! Have a great day ahead. ☀️✨

Wishing you a blissful Monday ahead!

May you acknowledge every moment as an unrepeatable miracle. The present is what you have now. Don't hurry toward death!

Your life is an art. It takes time. It takes love. It takes practice.

Do I have to exercise?
The simple answer is YES!

Don't throw your hand up in the air and think,
” how can I exercise when I'm on my healing journey?”

Three types of exercise are recommended for everyone, aerobic exercise (e.g., walking) strength training (resistance bands and lifting weights) and stretching.
The key to a consistent exercise routine is making it playful. The mantra therefor: do what you enjoy, make it fun, and do it regularly.

Exercise helps us stay healthy, lose weight, look younger, feel better, improves immune function, antioxidant activity, and promotes DNA repair. Also mitigates each of the underlying mechanism that cause chronic diseases.

Simply walking the equivalent of 3 to 5 hours per week, which is 25 to 45 minutes per day, greatly reduced the risk of death from breast cancer.

Exercise lengthens telomeres, thereby also contributing to slowing aging. While chronic emotional stress can shorten telomeres, exercise can prevent this from happening.

Exercise reduces your risk of developing breast cancer and decreases your mortality rate if you have breast cancer.

We also become happier, when we exercise. It not only helps prevent depression and chronic disease, but can also treat it. Strength training has the same effects.

Make this time special. Make a pact with yourself and commit to moving your body every day.

MAX—out your life!

CANCER requires a lifestyle change, and CHANGE is an interesting concept.

The MOST challenging part about change is not making the same choices as you did the day before; the moment you decide to make a different choice, get ready because you are going to feel unfamiliar; you are doing something different in the body.

The body loves the familiar known; it loves the same pain; it loves the same unworthiness; it's been conditioned the same way for years; it is running the show.

The same choices lead to the same behavior, lead to the same experience, and produce the same feeling or emotion.

Your personality creates your reality; your personality is composed of how you think, act, and feel.
If you want to create a new personal reality, you have to change your personality; in other words, if you're going to change your life, YOU have to CHANGE.

Nothing changes in your life until YOU change.

The challenge is that most people wait for a CRISIS or DIAGNOSIS before they make up their mind to change, and my message is, WHY to wait??

You have to do something to get what you want.

So, my question to you is:

What could you BE or DO differently in order to CHANGE??

What other CHOICES do you have that you have not yet considered??
