In this book she has cleverly translated the complexity of the latest advancement on science and technology into the simplicity of practical and doable strategies to help you safely biohack your own health and longevity - while unleashing your highest potentials and becoming the best version of yourself.

Today is the first day I can fly!

Today I emerge from the cocoon…
quietly and softly,
As wanting no one to notice it,
so they don’t spoil this moment for me.
Smiling then,
remembering that this is not longer possible.
That this was part of my previous milestone, of my prolonged childhood, when I granted that power to others.
That was yesterday!

Today I fly with me!
Without needing someone to hold a life net or showing me the path!
And with this flight,
I start my adulthood,
I declare myself my ally forever!
I emancipate, fall in love and get engaged with myself!
I marry me!!!
I marry my journey, my story, my individuality,
my strength and my weakness,
