We are getting our fitness in before the sun goes down … join us every Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm , Fit Fusion with Coach Darwin . He incorporates viper, Kettlebel, club, and bodyweight training. classes are held at Ocean Life Studio. Also can book private lessons.

We had an amazing workshop with Alivia. A Neuro graphic art and Breathwork session. It was fun to connect with new friends. Drink some amazing tea. And let the creativity flow. I learned a lot about myself and Also learned about a new scientific method of healing….
