Welcome to Bikram Yoga, where we make south beach hot! Located in the heart of the historic art deco district, we lead students in a series of 26 yoga poses that will change your body, mind and spirit. In Bikram’s beginning yoga class, each posture stretches and strengthens the specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. The Bikram method also stimulates the organs, glands and nerves, moving fresh, oxygenated blood to 100 percent of the body, restoring all systems to healthy, working order. Bikram students agree that is helps them to lose weight, reduce stress, to look good and feel great. Our classes are led by certified Bikram Yoga Instructors and are open to all skill levels.
