Our Story

Synergy Yoga Center for Yoga and Wellness was founded back in 1998 in sunny Miami Beach, FL. We were the first yoga studio to open its doors to the community and have been serving this community for 20 years with a variety of yoga styles and healing arts. Synergy Yoga was originally founded on Espanola Way by the beautiful soul Gaia, who hoped to spread yoga to all, before making it’s way to Alton Road 844 under the guidance of Victoria Brunacci.

Since day one we’ve believed yoga is for the people and isn’t about how flexible you are, rather is about what you learn about yourself during the practice. In order to cultivate this self exploration we promote a safe place to explore, learn and play as you find a deeper understanding of yourself.

Here at Synergy Yoga we focus on the philosophy of yoga and go far beyond the asana (pose) to teach you more about traditional yoga. This can be seen in our use of opening meditations, mantras, music, the harm-free lifestyle (ahimsa) we promote and more. All are welcome to our sacred space and hope you’ll join us on this path called yoga. We offer over 30 classes per week with a unique selection of the most refined styles in yoga such as Hatha, Power, Kundalini, Yin yoga, Prenatal and also offer Yoga for all,Restore & Renew and Slow Flow. We don’t just stop at yoga and believe that holistic wellness is a lifestyle choice. Due to this we also offer Holistic Healing Arts such as Vedic Thai Massage, Reiki, Acupuncture, Ayurveda Consultations, Sound Healing and more!
