It is my mission to help you achieve the best skin possible. As someone who personally struggled with acne for many years, I know how crucial it is to choose the right treatment for any skin concern as early as possible to prevent future skin damage. I am extremely passionate about natural and organic skin care, nutrition and life style. I have a holistic approach to beauty. Establishing healthy habits is the key to achieving healthy skin. Using high quality skincare (and hair) products ensures no toxins will enter our bodies through the skin, which is our largest organ. I spent years researching ingredients, looking for toxin-free products for myself and my family. I followed my passion and made it my career. As an esthetician, I use and recommend only the highest quality organic or natural, non-toxic skin care lines. I provide my clients with desirable results by combining the best products with European and Asian facial massage techniques, and innovative technology such as microcurrent, collagen induction therapy, LED light therapy and needle-free mesotherapy. Happy Halloween! 🎃
Just a few tips for the holiday season that will have a positive effect on your skin:
- Don’t sleep in your makeup, no matter how tired you are. Wash your face and let your skin breathe so it can regenerate at night.
- Drink lots of water and move! Staying hydrated and active help the body eliminate toxins and improve blood flow, which will also make your skin glow.
- Don’t go overboard with sugar and refined carbs. (I love desserts and fresh bread so this one is not easy for me, but I try my best…) Excess sugar has been proven to damage collagen over time, so moderation is key.
