Former Representative has been a fierce advocate throughout his years getting so many important bills passed. He continues his work everyday. Guided By Humanity is thrilled to collaborate with Denver Fashion Week for our 4th Adaptive Fashion Show—and virtual casting is officially OPEN!

🗓 Runway Date: Friday, May 8
📍 Location: Furniture Row, 5445 Bannock St, Denver
🗓 Casting Deadline: March 15

Models selected should be available for a full-day experience including hair, makeup, and runway rehearsal. Submitting the casting form is the first step (please note: submitting does not guarantee selection). If selected, a GBH team member and/or your designer will reach out directly.

Brewability re-opens tomorrow Tuesday 2/3 after renovations. It will be open 7 days a week with fun events, great food/ drinks, LIVE 🎶music 🎶 on certain evenings, and the BEST people!!! Join me and let’s support our local small business!

Such a beautiful time with The Lockwood Foundation sharing accessible outdoors adventures together while hiking on the trails in the wilderness. Took time to visit Leadville, the highest town in America at 10,200ft and once a booming silver & gold mining town. Mostly wheelchair accessible except for steps going into some of the older buiksinf stores. Tasted some Cuban coffee and visited Melanzana (IYKYK).

Had the honor of meeting Temple Grandin! She is an Autism Advocate, American Acedemic, Inventor, Author & Ethologist. She is a professor at CSU, invented the squeeze machine for cattle, has written books (most recent Visual Thinking…) has a PhD in animal science and a movie (2010) about her life. She is autistic and supports the autistic community.

This is happening for those of us living with a Spinal Cord Injury!!! It’s a long time awaiting and many hurdles with insurance companies to make this happen as a frontline treatment, however, it could be possible. Only time will tell. It’s a start to give us hope!
