The disrespect for human life shown by Governor Ron DeSantis] is nauseating.

After telling local Cuban and Venezuelan communities that he would not ‘ship’ refugees to other areas, that’s exactly what he did.

These are vulnerable human beings and to treat them like chess pieces in a calculated, sick game is fu**ed up.

Vote Governor Ron DeSantis] out this November, but don’t stop there.

Reality check friends, family and teachers who’ve lost touch with their compassion and their humanity. Stand up and speak out against this dehumanization and selfishness.

Help those in your community who’ve forgotten to remember: We thrive most when we lift up our fellow human beings.

My sobriety walks hand in hand with my success in life, and yoga is a main support of my sobriety.

Before I stopped using I literally got fired from every job I ever had. I lost connection with friends, partners and family. I lived a dark life that included arrests, mental illness, homelessness and so much suffering.

Thankfully I found my yoga community and got my s**t together. It took a lot of hard work and a lot of community support, but I discovered that recovery was possible with hard work.

After practice we’ll meditate and then and then there will be snacks provided by and share our passion for wellness!

Sobriety took practice. But then again, so did drinking as much as I did. And learning to shoot up was no easy task either. It seems I’ve always had a thing for complicating life.

What I’ve learned is that I’m pretty good at accomplishing things I really set my mind to. Yoga and sobriety are just wholesome evolutions of my determination to do hard things.

A Spiritual guru met a pr******te in forest the pr******te asked if he wanted to have s*x with her. The guru agreed and they have the wildest s*x.

After both of them get dressed, the Guru starts walking away from her. The pr******te stops him and asks..

Pr******te: "money?"

Guru: "C'mon, I won't take money from you"

One of my hero’s has passed away, may she Rest In Peace.

Nichelle Nichols, in her role as Uhura on Star Trek, inspired generations of young people to believe in a future where they were respected, accepted and thriving.

She was part of the first in*******al kiss on television at a time where such a choice could have put her life at risk. She pushed the boundary of what kind of role a black woman played on TV, a leader and an equal to her costars. She was a pioneer, who MLK Jr credited as a role model to his children.

Later in life she worked with NASA as a recruiter and helped them hire the first female, black and eventually black AND female astronauts.

Many stars pass and I feel a pang, but today I shed tears for this one. A role model of cosmic proportions, I’m grateful for all that she embodied on this Earth.
