Although I have been posting a lot of oncology cases I have been doing at Florida Endovascular and Interventional, my passion still is limb salvage and treating critical limb ischemia. Today, here is a 55yo M, poorly controlled diabetic who presents with great toe ulceration and ischemia. Anterior and posterior tibial artery occlusions as well as severe disease involving the dorsalis pedis, plantar circulation and forefoot loop. I performed an Anterior tibial CTO recanalization followed by loop reconstruction and retrograde crossing of the posterior tibial CTO via the loop. Arterial flossing from a single access.
