Jazz in the Park is this evening - in Biscayne Park 😁 We’ve been attending & participating since it began 5 years ago & we always have a great time 🙌
There are many talented local musicians, the weather is always lovely & a nice variety of food vendors 🤤

Flashback this day in 2023 🥰 Getting occasional Prenatal Massages at + doing Pilates 2/week at + some Physical Therapy sessions with made a difference in keeping my body fairly pain-free during my pregnancy 🙏

I ended up stopping Pilates the last month, coincidentally that’s when the aches creeped in 🙃 Or maybe the last stretch isn’t meant to feel so great 😂 I guess I will never know…

He was worth it anyway, all of it 🩵

The Holidays can be equal parts wonderful ✨ & stressful 🙃

This is a friendly reminder to sneak in some regular self-care snacks (movement & self-massages)
They make a big difference in my (ever-changing) little world 🙂‍↔️

Real snacks can be helpful, too!

Social Saturdays with crew 🌞 Dino enjoys exploring & seeing his friends! We also love this path full of trees 🌳 on our walk home through El Portal 😊
We completed a 5K (km & steps) which was good enough for us this morning 🙌 Especially after some minor sleep interruptions last night...

Now, anyone know who we can talk to someone about these 80 degree temps? 🤔😅
