Open Faced Turkey Club Sandwich 🥪 for lunch........Not!! 😅. I'd like share a quick and easy way to eat lunch like this even while travelling 🚗 🚎 ✈️🛥️
This is my clean version.
- it contains NONE of the following:
• 🚫processed bread = refined sugars + gluten
• 🚫mayonnaise = fat
• 🚫bacon = fat
• 🚫cheese = fat
This lunch is 99% fat free!!
This Turkey Breast is 99% fat free, no hormones, no antibiotics. It's actually from Kirkland-a Costco Brand. I buy the entire smallest breast, usually $16, slice myself whenever I need. Sliced meat from your deli counter or grocery store contain Nitrates, chemicals, preservatives. This turkey has none of that!
🥬 Of course, instead of bread, I use cold crispy Romain Lettuce! It's so tasty! I like to add Cilantro and perhaps lime spritz!
🥑 Avocado is the HEALTHY FAT!! I love the healthy fat from Avocado not to mention that most of the carbohydrates from avocado are fiber! Very filling and provide many vitamins and minerals!
🥦 Plain steamed veggies like cauliflower and Stringbeans are an excellent way to reach your fiber intake while absorbing many vitamins such as Vitamin A, C and K.
This lunch takes 5 minutes to prepare if you use the previous nights leftover Stringbeans and Cauliflower or any other clean vegetables.
I travel around a lot in my car. Many times I do not have time to sit down with proper 🍽️knife and fork. Because this meal is oil free, mayonnaise free, it is an excellent finger food in the car while driving. Simply put it in a to-go container and you can eat this lunch anywhere, anytime!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
