Facial balancing for our handsome client who traveled to us from New York for a more structured look while maintaining a completely natural appearance.

We performed a nonsurgical rhinoplasty to subtly lift the nasal tip and refine the bridge, creating a straighter, more defined profile without adding heaviness.

Facial balancing was completed with jawline and chin enhancement to strengthen the lower face and improve overall proportion. All product was placed directly on bone to create lift and definition—never softness or puffiness.

We performed facial balancing with jawline and chin enhancement to give our client a more sculpted and defined appearance. Using Juvederm hyaluronic acid dermal fillers to sculpt the back of her mandible where she had volume loss and some skin laxity, we were able to achieve better balance and a more lifted and tight appearance of her lower face in a subtle and elegant way.

Facial balancing with jawline and chin enhancement, temple restoration and sculptra for our handsome patient,

These pictures were taken 2 years apart. This patient had some thinning of the skin in his under-eye area which also caused some vessels to show. We performed 2 sessions of sclulptra to his upper cheekbones and under-eyes to restore volume loss, stimulate collagen and improve skin integrity. We also added filler to restore volume loss in his temples and used filler on his jawline and chin to improve his overall balance and facial harmony.

We performed facial balancing with jawline, chin and cheekbone enhancement to give our client a more sculpted and defined appearance. By lengthening the jawline we were able to achieve better balance and an overall stronger, more chiseled look. We used 4 syringes for his jawline, 2 on his chin and 1 syringe on his cheekbones. The patients swelling will improve over the next 1-2 weeks and results should continue to improve.

This patient had previous jawline filler and he wanted a more defined and lifted jawline. We dissolved his previous filler and strategically placed Juvederm Volux to lift and improve his jawline for a more sculpted and natural appearance.

Typically patients require at least 3-5 syringes to achieve their desired results which last about 1-2 years, sometimes longer if touch ups are performed within that time period.

There is no downtime aside from minor swelling and some potential bruising and although I advise my patients to not work out for 2 days post treatment, they are able to go back to work same day and have minimal restrictions.
