What's The T.E.A? or Should I say, What's your TEA?

When you hear that phrase, you may assume I want to gossip and be all up in your business—however, the T.E.A. I want to process your Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions. In therapy, you'll learn how your thoughts, emotions, and actions are connected.

Tea has been drunk for many centuries and has many benefits and healing properties. Now it is time to pour yourself a cup of mental tea; It's time to pour back into yourself and begin your healing journey.
