🎉🥳 Path to Grow turns 4 today! 🥳🎉

4 years ago today, I opened my private occupational therapy (OT) practice. It all started into my first years as an OT, with a vision to serve families in a different and unique way.

My early years as an OT gave me the chance to truly build the foundation of my career. They allowed me to grow my confidence, learn from incredible mentors, and work alongside so many amazing children and their families.

As I continued to grow, I realized I wanted more:

• More time to thoughtfully plan individualized sessions
• The ability to focus deeply on a consistent group of children each week
• More space to expand my skills so I could better serve infants, children, and their families
• More meaningful connection and collaboration with families beyond the final minutes of a session

Today, I’m grateful to say I have the opportunity to do exactly that.

Choosing this path has been one of the most rewarding decisions of my OT career. While owning and running a practice comes with its challenges, the rewards continue to far outweigh them.

I’m endlessly grateful for the unwavering support of my family, as well as the mentorship and encouragement from colleagues who understand the private practice journey.

And most importantly, thank you to the families who trust me with their children and allow me to be part of their journey.

2026 is bringing so many exciting new chapters, including the opening of our first physical location, officially opening this month!

Having a dedicated space means unlocking so many possibilities. A space where more little ones can grow, where families can find support, and where group classes will bring families and children together to play, learn, and thrive.

I’m immensely grateful for the support of my family and colleagues who have walked alongside me to this milestone in my therapy practice.

I’m truly thankful for the trust and confidence of families whom I’ve had the privilege of serving over the years that has led to this moment. You are at the heart of what I do. Without you this would not be possible.

I can’t wait to welcome you in and watch these walls hold the smiles, milestones, and breakthroughs of so many babies and little ones! 🧡
