❣️October is National Sudden Cardiac Arrest Awareness Month❣️
At Aqua Home Care, we’re committed to more than just compassionate care - we’re also here to raise awareness that can save lives. Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA) strikes without warning and can affect anyone, regardless of age or health. It’s not a heart attack - it’s an electrical malfunction that causes the heart to stop beating. Immediate action is critical: CPR and the use of an AED (automated external defibrillator) can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival. What you can do: Learn the signs of SCA: sudden collapse, no pulse, no breathing. Get CPR certified - it only takes a few hours. Know where the nearest AED is located at home, work, or in your community.
