As a nutritionist and a food lover, Halloween is my personal fav thanks to an awesome group of veggies that brings many benefits to our plates.

Orange vegetables are packed with antioxidants and nutrients to help you stay healthy.  Let's get ready for Halloween!

💭 Few days ago in one of my weekly meeting with my patients, she told me since she changed her ways of eating, her skin changed for the better! So that’s why I’m telling you we are what we eat!

🤔 Sometimes we spend a lot of money on skincare routines because our skin is not good and we struggle with it. And sometimes these routines don’t work at all and we continue wasting money also it can do a better job with our skincare routines.

Welcome weekend 🥳🥳

Today I want to share with you this meal option were we have everything that our body needs🙌

What do we need? 👇

✅ Chicken Breast
✅ Quinoa
✅ Sugar free Cranberries
✅ Sweet Potatoes
✅ Onions
✅ Lettuce

We take our chicken breast and cook it in the grill. Then we take our salad ingredients spice them up. I used a spoon of olive oil, pepper and salt.

Did I told you that I love lemon? Well yes I love it, I use it in every food that I can 🤭

💭 It starts like this: you eat perfectly for a few days. Portioned & healthy. Then hunger hits and boom you have a binge. After this, the guilt and shame are so strong that the only option is to restrict. And here is how the cycle starts.

👉 This makes you feel as if you have a problem with eating too much food but actually is the opposite. You’re not eating enough.

Chicken & Vegetables 🥦 🍗 🥳

Recipe time here 🙌🙌

Today I bring you this meal option that is really really tasty 😋

What we need? 👇

- Chicken Breast
- Brócoli 🥦
- Carrot 🥕
- Baby Corn 🌽
- Green beans 🫘
- Bell pepper 🫑

And here we go!

We take our chicken breast, we clean it and let’s put it 15 minutes in the air fryer.

Now time for the vegetables 🥗

So we clean and cut them, in my case, I have cut them into strips. We spray a pan with oil.
When the oil is hot, we add our carrots strings and we move them all the time. After one minute we add our bell peppers, baby corn and green beans. We keep moving our vegetables all the time on the stove. We add soy sauce and keep cooking them between 12-15 minutes. Don’t forget to move them all the time!

Let’s go back with the chicken. When the first 15’ are done, we take them and we do a little cut in the middle to open it and we fill it inside with our vegetables.

Another 15’ to the air fryer and BOOM 🤯 Your tasty meal is ready to be served 🙌
