🎅🐾 Our 6–8 Grade Workshop Was Pure Christmas Magic! 🌟💚

Santa Charlie made a grand entrance in his red shirt and Santa hat, and the kids were instantly smitten! Their smiles said it all. We had such a meaningful and productive workshop together.

We opened our minds and hearts to learn about recognizing stress, understanding our triggers, and discovering healthy ways to find peace within ourselves. The kids also explored what fills their cup — realizing how important it is to nurture a positive mindset and practice gratitude. ✨

And then… we unlocked The Power of Yet! 💫
What a beautiful concept — it opens doors to possibilities and removes the limits we sometimes place on ourselves.

We snapped a cool selfie 📸 and ended with our cherished gratitude circle. My heart is full watching these amazing kids grow, learn, and find tools to navigate life — all with the help of a very handsome furry helper, Charlie Brown. 🐶❤️

In this session, we’ll explore positive ways to handle stress, understand emotions, and strengthen a growth mindset using the “Power of Yet.” Charlie Brown and I can’t wait to guide the kids through fun, mindful, and confidence-building activities!

🌟 Our 2nd 1st–2nd Grade Workshop at Was Amazing! 🌟
We had even more friends join us this time — it was a full house! Charlie was beyond happy to see all his buddies again! 🐾💛

We had so much fun playing Feeling Charades. The kids had a blast acting out emotions and guessing what each feeling looked like! We also worked on identifying emotions in our bodies using Charlie’s picture — they were so clever and really understood how big feelings show up inside us. 💭✨

We talked about kindness and added new links to our beautiful Kindness Chain. Their little papers joined last group’s chain to show how kindness spreads, inspires others, and reminds us that we are all connected. 🌈🤝

Every child is so special. Every child brings joy, personality, and the sweetest reminders to embrace one another. 🥹💕

Each kiddo received a goody bag filled with fun trinkets — especially their paw bracelet. I encouraged them to wear it, and when they feel sad or discouraged, to touch it and remember their own amazing superpowers… like being brave, loved, strong, and courageous. 🐾✨

Parents, please take a moment to read the papers sent home in their folders. They are tools to help you continue supporting your little ones and reminding them how incredibly special they are. And as always, I am here for you if you ever need anything. 💛

My heart is so full watching the children’s eyes light up, seeing how much they love Charlie, and witnessing their growing awareness of their own strengths. 💫

🌎💛 Happy World Kindness Day! 💛🌎
Every workshop reminds us just how powerful kindness truly is. Charlie Brown and I are beyond blessed to share these moments with our amazing kids—moments filled with compassion, connection, and so much love.

One of our favorite parts is the Gratitude Circle at the end of each workshop. Hearing the children share what they’re grateful for is a beautiful reminder that kindness isn’t just taught… it’s felt, shared, and passed on. ✨

Charlie Brown, with his gentle heart and wagging tail, helps create a space where children feel safe to express kindness—to themselves and to others. 🐾💖

Today and every day, let’s remember that kindness is a priceless gift, and the best part is… we can give it freely to everyone around us. 💛
