🔹 Listening – Be present. Give your full attention.
🔹 Assertiveness – State your needs clearly and respectfully.
🔹 Validation – Acknowledge others’ feelings, even if you disagree.

🛠 Cope safely in the short-term
💨 Reduce reactivity and increase self-control
