🔹 Listening – Be present. Give your full attention.
🔹 Assertiveness – State your needs clearly and respectfully.
🔹 Validation – Acknowledge others’ feelings, even if you disagree.
🔹 Clear Expression – Say what you mean, kindly and directly.

🧠 Tip: Practice using “I” statements. (e.g. “I feel overwhelmed when…”)
