Not every case is about perfection — it’s about honesty and alignment.
Today’s case is a challenging one. After a careful evaluation, Dr. C explained that while improvement is absolutely possible, the most realistic outcome would be in the B+ to A- range, rather than an A+.
Why does this matter?
Because when surgical possibilities don’t align with patient expectations, it can lead to disappointment — and that’s something we never want for our patients.
At Eden, we believe in transparent conversations, realistic goals, and shared expectations. Being aligned from the start is what leads to satisfied patients and results that feel right.
This commitment to honesty is just as important as surgical skill.
