Your chance to give yourself a little love and reset for the new year.
As the year comes to a close, we invite you to slow down, soften, and be held in deep rest. Join & for an evening of restorative yoga and sound healing designed to calm the nervous system, release stored tension, and create space for reflection and renewal.
Wrapped in blankets and fully supported by props, you’ll be gently guided into restorative postures while healing sound vibrations wash over you-helping you let go of what no longer serves and welcome the new year with clarity, ease, and intention.
