To the American people, I had (2) two uncles to lay down their lives for this country in World War (2) two. I, Steve J. Garner, was raised up looking at their two pictures... of my (2) two uncles. Futhermore, I had (2) two teenage friends "die" in Vietnam. I can still see one of my friends "Mother" crying over her son. Who was a happy go lucky boy. Both was under (21) twenty one years old and their names are on the "Vietnam Wall". (Paul Herrington and Billy Allen from Mississippi).
To the American people, I, Steve J. Garner-- #17799-001... my Fair Americn trial was payed for in "Blood". But I Steve J. Garner did not receive a Fair American Trial in Monroe, Louisiana back on January 7, 1991.
(To the American people... please aid me in any way.) Any "Legal Actions" on the above statement, I, Steve J. Garner is 100% responsible for. Thank you. God bless you, and God bless America.

I would like to acknowledge that we loss a GREAT man today. Jessee Jackson (quite literally) dedicated his life to the struggle, and the life he lived is an inspiration to me. Seeing what he accomplished lets us know that change is possible; even in the face of insurmountable odds. Think about the world he was born into and the War for civil rights that he helped to fight and WIN. I truly do hope that Mr. Jackson went to his grave knowing that he helped make the world a better place. I pray that when my day comes, I will able to know the same. Truth be told, I am trying with the Reinstate Federal Parole Campaign. This is how I am endeavoring to make the world a better place, and I thank all of you for your support. God bless you and God bless Jesse Jackson's soul.

We offer our deepest, and most sincere condolences to the Reverend Jessee Jackson's family. We are thankful for his lifelong commitment to the struggle, and we are not only grateful for the contribution he made to the advancement of black people, but we are also grateful for the contribution he made to humanity. The Reverend Jessee Jackson was truly a great man.

If everyone could copy and paste and email this: oday, January 31st, is my birthday. I turn 49 today, but like wine, I'm getting better with time. Last year, I filed my petition for clemency, and it is my birthday wish to be granted clemency. I am truly an extraordinary inmate. In the 14 years that I've been to prison, I have NEVER had a dsiciplinary report filed against me. On top of that, I've helped hundreds of men get their GED as a tutor in education for several years. And for the past 8 years, i've been a preventing suicides, fights, self harm, and generall helping mentally ill inmates in my capacity as a Care Level 3 mental health Companion. Not to mention that I am the founder of the Reinstate Federal Parole Campaign. Please support this cause on our website @ ReinstateFederalParole.com. *Please Help Me If You Can*

Federal Judge, Donald E. Walter, out of Monroe, Lousisiana, didn't allow me a "fair" American Trial. The following injustices were perpetuated in his courtroom at my court trial, and he didn't do anything to correct them.
(1)... The Prosecution depended on rigged or fabricated evidence before Trial. This is five violations of my Constitutional rights.
(2)... My trial was only for one day, and it was one sided, and I believe I was drugged before my trial, but I don't have any proof. (I, did "not testify".)
(3)... Government witness is a violator of the Constitution of U.S. He delivered INCORRECT TESTIMONY. (His ex-wife's testimony proves this.)
(4)... I have prooof that 60 to 80% of the "key" witness is incorrect testimony. (With three witnesses).
(5)... Criminal history points was two, both was misdemeanors, and one was dismissed, July 21, 1987. But Judge Walter used as felonies too enhance Garner's sentence anyway.

*Disclaimer: I, Steve J. Garner am 100% responsible for any legal actions on this statement. And with witnesses, and a seven page brief, I will "prove" all the above is true and correct.
