This month’s Athlete Spotlight: RNWY co-founder, Dan Caron. 💥

For Dan, running didn’t come naturally. He spent years avoiding cardio and training only for aesthetics, until one fitness retreat completely changed his perspective.

What felt like his worst performance became the start of his running journey.

Since then, he’s completed two marathons, checked Tokyo off the list, and now has his sights set on the Abbott World Marathon Majors. ⚡️

He’s helped build RNWY around the same mindset that transformed him: train for longevity, fuel with intention, and keep showing up.
