Last night, I had the joy of introducing Chair Yoga as a new tool for wellness and mindful movement to the residents of The Rolling Oaks community. We challenged & explored how this gentle practice is accessible anywhere — a reminder that it’s always important to take time to pour into yourself and prioritize your well-being. 🫶🏾

A special thank you to Carla and President Gail Cunningham for having me kick off this quarter’s meeting with movement, peace, and ease 🧘🏾‍♀️

Think you have to be on the mat to “do yoga”? 👀
 Think again! 🧠

Some days — especially when life gets to life-ing — getting into a full Flow just isn’t realistic — and that’s okay! On those days, just go for a mindful walk. 🏃🏾‍♀️

Walking with awareness of your breath, your body, and your surroundings is a form of yoga. It’s movement, its presence, and it’s powerful. 💡

✨ Yoga IS NOT JUST about poses. It’s about connection — to yourself, your breath, and the moment you’re in. So if you’re too busy or too tired to take on a a full stretch session, take a walk. It still counts!
