Energy Medicine looks at all aspects of a persons health: physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.

Tip: Heart-focused breathing brings you back into your body.

When feeling overwhelmed, stressed, thinking too much and exhausted these are signs you soul, mind & body are out of alignment.

The next time you are feeling any of these symptoms or similar, try taking 3 minutes of uninterrupted space to practice heart-focused breathing.

Steps:
1. Close your eyes
2. Take a few deep breaths in and out 3. Place your hands over your heart
4. Continue breathing while focusing your attention on your heart space

Practice this breath for 3 minutes.

Notice the peaceful shift that has just occurred.

It’s that simple.

Daily tip: Make a JOY LIST instead of a to-do list.

What brings you JOY?

Listening to your favorite genre of music

Dancing in your living room

Cuddled up next to a loved one

Going to the beach

Laughing with children

Reading a book

Attending a yoga class

Walking out in nature

Playing with your pet

Spending time with friends

Cooking a nice meal

Getting a massage

These are all random acts of SELF-LOVE.

And it’s ok to choose YOU.

Set up strong boundaries & claim your self-worth.

Those uncomfortable moments is where personal growth occurs.

This is part of self-healing: ALCHEMY.

Take an initial emotion like anger,

pause (deep breathe!) vs having same repetitive reactive response

and transmute it into JOY.

We are all natural born healers with the innate power to heal ourselves.
