What changed 👇🏻
First photo:
• under eating throughout the day, then binge eating at night
• cardio & HIIT just to burn calories
• jumping from diet to diet
• focusing on high-protein foods (whey, egg whites, chicken, Greek yoghurt, cheese, salmon…)
• always bloated
• “skinny fat”
• seeing food as a reward
Second photo (now):
• I studied nutrition and changed to a fully raw vegan diet
• my meals are simple and structured - about 80% carbs (fruit), 10% protein (greens), 10% fat (nuts & seeds)
• I eat enough instead of restricting
• a mix of strength, cardio & HIIT at home workouts 6x a week
• Lagree training 5x a week
• no more jo-jo dieting
• no more constant bloating
• a flat stomach without restriction
• healthy relationship with food
All because I learnt how to truly work WITH my body,
instead of constantly fighting it. 🌱🤍
