It’s never too late to start again.

The 13 years I lived with anorexia will always be part of me. But so will all the days of my recovered life.

Enjoying a big bowl of fruit in the sun, genuinely loving working out, being able to laugh again -

The hardest days in my recovery were worth
every second of it.

It’s never too late to start.

Whether it’s one green juice, one plate of fruit,
choosing nourishment over punishment -

Every day is a new chance to be someone new 🤍

Many women come to a raw diet to looking for healing
and end up using the same restrictive rules
that apply to “regular diets” -
which is why they often fail or think raw doesn’t work.

Raw isn’t about eating less.
It’s about eating MORE fresh fruits and vegetables in their natural form, so your body can actually get all the nutrients it needs to heal.

2025 - Freedom 🤍

Every year, I choose a theme instead of resolutions.
2025 was all about freedom.

Freedom from my eating disorder.
From skinny to strong.
From fearful to at peace.
From disconnected to deeply present.

All through choosing fresh, raw foods
and moving my body with intention - not pressure.

I’m the fittest, healthiest, and happiest I’ve ever been.
And I’m deeply excited to step into this next year, supporting those of you who still feel stuck with food or disconnected from your bodies.

2026 is about growth.
