Two weeks of taking ghee on an empty stomach, and here’s what happened…
I used one teaspoon every morning before anything else.
My digestion improved. My bloating went down. My energy felt more stable.
And surprisingly… my skin got calmer and glowier.
It’s a tiny ritual, but it made a big impact.
I’m keeping it. One teaspoon a day.😜
